We currently have your contact details on our Members List that has previously been supplied by yourself. We use your name, telephone number, address and email address to contact you concerning Membership Payments, Events, and Notices & Communication.

As you are all aware on May 25th 2018, important changes took place and data protection laws were put into force in the UK with the introduction of GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation).

As part of our on-going commitment to transparency and taking into account these new data protection laws, we are updating our Privacy Policy to cover our club members.

We are therefore contacting you to confirm that you are in agreement that we retain your details on our members list solely for use of communication as detailed above.

To prevent delays and to save you contacting us to confirm your agreement to retain your contact details, we will adopt the following: “By continuing to use our services on or after May 25 2018, by default you will be agreeing to Evesham & District Wheelers retaining your contact details on our Members List for the purpose of Membership Payments, Events, Notices & Communication.”

Evesham & District Wheelers take your privacy seriously. We will keep your personal contact information private and secure. We will not supply your details to any organisation for marketing purposes.
